Step 3. Peel the door seal away from the door opening. Use your Philips screwdriver to take out the two screws holding the door lock to the cabinet. Reach inside the cabinet and pull the door lock out of place.

Step 4. Disconnect the electrical connector attached to the door lock and set the lock aside. Take your new door lock assembly out of its packaging. Connect the electrical connector to the new door lock.
