Washing Machine Not Turning On [Proven Solutions]

Is your washing machine not turning on? If so, you’ve come to the right place. This article will give you easy-to-follow steps on how to deal with this issue. So, without wasting any more time, lets begin…

Washing Machine Not Turning On After Power Outage

Is your washing machine not turning on after a power outage? If so, it’s most likely as a result of a tripped circuit breaker.

If you reset the circuit breaker and it trips again when you start the washer, turn the breaker off immediately and do not attempt to power it up again. You should contact an electrician as soon as possible, because this indicates a much bigger issue.

On the other hand, if nothing at all happens when you turn the breaker on, unplug your washer’s power cord from the outlet and try plugging another device to see if it works. If the other appliance doesn’t work, you’ll need to replace the power outlet.

Note: This also applies if your washing machine isn’t turning on at all.
