Step 27. Use a 10mm socket wrench to loosen all the bolts securing the two halves of the tub together. Lift the front half of the outer tub off the assembly, then set it aside.

Step 28. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry the rubber seal out of the groove of the lower half of the outer tub.

Step 29. Discard the old tub seal and remove the new seal from its packaging. Carefully fit the new seal into the groove of the outer tub.

Step 30. Put the front half of the outer tub onto the tub assembly and apply all the bolts using your 10mm socket wrench.

Step 31. Carefully guide the tub assembly back into the cabinet. Lift the tub and suspension springs, then hook them onto the cabinet.

Step 22. Put the shift actuator back in place and use your screwdriver to apply the nuts. Reconnect the electrical plug to the actuator.

Step 23. Mount the motor assembly and use your socket wrench to apply the bolts. Plug the wire harness into the motor assembly and secure the wire in the retainer.

Step 24. With the grooved side turned inwards, loop the drive belt around the two pulleys. Put the belt guard back in place and apply the nuts to secure it.

Step 25. With the help of another person, lift your washer carefully and set it on its feet.

Step 26. Use your nut-driver to loosen the bolts at the back of the machine securing the top panel to the cabinet. Lift the top panel, then support it.

Step 27. Push the drive block back onto the shaft. Lower the inner tub onto the shaft and apply the bolt with your hammer and tub nut wrench.

Step 28. Put the agitator on the shaft and apply the bolt with your 7/16 inch socket wrench. Snap the cap onto the agitator.

Step 29. Snap the tub cover onto the tub assembly. Lower the top panel onto the cabinet and apply the screws at the back with your nut-driver.

Step 30. Peel the tape off your washer’s lid. Reconnect the COLD and HOT water supply hoses to the ports at the back of the machine (ensure that both hoses are secured properly in order to prevent water leaks).

Step 31. Reconnect your washing machine to the power outlet and turn the water supply faucet back on. To ensure that the issue has been fixed, try running a wash cycle.
