1. Neff Washing Machine Is Not Draining — Pump Filter Is Clogged
If your Neff washing machine is not draining, the most likely cause is a clogged pump filter. Over time, dirt and debris from clothes in the drum can accumulate and clog the filter. When this happens, the pump won’t work normally. Follow the steps below to clean the filter…
Step 1. In order to avoid any chances of electrocution, make sure to unplug your appliance from the power outlet before starting this repair.
Step 2. Go to the front of the machine, then using a flat-blade screwdriver if needed, pry the lower front access panel off.
Step 3. Place a towel on the floor in front of the machine. Pull out the emergency drain tube next to the pump filter knob.
Step 4. Place a dish underneath the emergency drain tube. Pull the cap off the tube, then let any water stuck in the machine drain out. Once all the water is out of the machine, push the cap back onto the hose.

Step 8. Snap the rear access panel onto the cabinet, then apply the Torx screws to secure it. Connect the water supply hose to the port at the back of the machine.
Step 9. Mount the top cover on the cabinet, then slide it into place. Apply the Torx screws at the back to secure it.
Step 10. Turn the water tap on, then plug the power cord into the electrical outlet. To see if your Neff washing machine is not draining, try running a wash cycle.
