Candy Washing Machine Tripping Electric [Quick Fix]

Is your Candy washing machine tripping electrical supply? If so, this guide will show you how to find out which part is defective. So, without further ado, let’s begin…

Candy Washing Machine Tripping Electricity Supply — Solved

If your Candy washing machine trips the electricity supply, there are two common things that could be at fault. Here’s how to find out which part is damaged…

Step 1. Unplug your washing machine from its power source. Use a Philips screwdriver to take out the screws at the back off your washing machine holding the rear panel. Pull the rear panel off then set it aside.

Step 2. The heater element will be mounted at the base of your washing machine’s tub. Disconnect the electrical connectors attached to the element (ensure that you take note of where each connector goes).

Step 3. Plug your washing machine back to its power source and try running a cycle again. If the electricity doesn’t trip, the heater is at fault and needs to be replaced. On the other hand, if the machine trips again, the fault lies with the motor.
