For Front Loaders
Here’s how to drain water from your Samsung front loader washing machine…
Step 1. Disconnect your washer’s water and power supply to avoid damage and electrocution.
Step 2. Get a container and some towels.
Step 3. Place the towels on the ground in front of your washer.
Step 4. Press the little panel in front of your washer at the bottom.
Step 5. Underneath the panel, you will find a small hose with a cap. Pull the hose out a few inches and remove the cap.
Step 6. Place the container underneath the hose and let any water in the washer drain out completely.
Step 7. Put the hose’s cap back on and put the hose back in place.

Here’s how to drain water from your Samsung top loader washing machine…
Step 1. Disconnect your washer from its power and water supply.
Step 2. Get a container.
Step 3. Scoop out as much water as you can from the washer and empty it into a sink.
Step 4. Connect your washer’s power supply.

Step 4. You will find a little mesh filter in each of the water inlet ports on the washer. Use a pair of pliers to pull them out.

Step 6. Put the filters back in place once they are clean.
Step 7. Take the water inlet hoses to a tap and try running water through them.
